Lazy Days Cottage and Moonfleet House are 'home from home' family friendly holiday locations.  We provide the following items to ensure that your holiday is as smooth as possible:

Dogs

Winterton is super dog friendly and there are great walks and places to visit, below we have listed a few that are worth mentioning as dog friendly pubs/cafes.  The beach is open to dogs all year round and most local establishments welcome dogs inside e.g. Fisherman's Return, Poppy's Tea Rooms, Nelson's Head at Horsey, Lacon Arms in Hemsby, Dunes at Waxham Barn but there are many more.

Dogs are very welcome at Lazy Days Cottage and Moonfleet House.  We ask that they remain off the furniture and beds and that they do not go upstairs as not every guest has a dog plus we have found that paw marks are impossible to remove from white cotton bed linen.  We provide 'poo' bags for your convenience and we also offer bespoke dog tags for your use during your holiday with the property name and emergency contact details in case your four legged friend decides to go off-piste.  In the event that you need veterinary assistance during your stay, there are details in the property guide which is left in each property.  During seal pupping season (November to January) it is advised to keep all dogs on leads when walking near the beach/dunes to protect both the seals and dogs.

Both properties have secure enclosed rear gardens with gates that have a bolt and high fences all around for added security.
