Boasting two roll top baths, high ceilings and a fully fitted kitchen, it is the perfect holiday home perhaps for two families or a multi generation family. It is located in the heart of the village across the road from Poppy’s and Winterton Fish Bar – a prime position!


Moonfleet House has 4 great size bedrooms with beautiful high ceilings sleeping 8 comfortably plus there is a travel cot on site for guests use. 

Downstairs 

Family Room: Wood flooring throughout, a feature fireplace, a TV with access to all satellite channels, a BOSE sound system, XBox one, DVD player and selection of books and games.


Kitchen Diner: Offering a range of fitted wall and base units with Quartz worktops that include a sink and drainer, built in dishwasher, built in fridge, new neff built in ovens, induction hob with spotlighting throughout. Also provided is a filter coffee machine, a nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and fully furnished with glassware, dining ware and a wall mounted TV.


W.C. / Utility Room: Fitted with a low level W.C. and a hand wash basin plus a double glazed window to the side. Fitted with additional units, washing machine and tumble dryer, wine fridge, ice maker and freezer plus ironing board & iron.


Bedroom 1 (downstairs): A spacious king size bedroom with partial fitted carpet, a feature open fireplace, mood lighting and a double glazed bay window to the front. Features a wall mounted TV and sofa in the cosy separate TV area.  Newly installed is a dedicated workstation desk which coupled with high speed WiFi makes it the ideal location if working from home is required.


Upstairs

Bedroom 2: Sympathetically furnished; a king size bed, wall mounted smart TV and feature fireplace leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom including a roll top bath.


Bedroom 3: Stunning bright and airy king size bedroom with Cotswold wooden furniture leading to the other stunning en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and under floor heating.  This bedroom also has a smart TV.


Bedroom 4: Comfortable twin beds, smart TV, fan and contemporary oak furniture.


Shower Room: Fully tiled with a double walk-in shower, a hand wash basin, under floor heating and a low level W.C.

Garden / Parking

The totally private secure rear courtyard garden is fully paved and boasts a contemporary seating area for 8, BBQ and log store which is all enclosed by a brick wall and painted wood panelling, making the area bright, colourful and very functional enjoying the sun all afternoon. There is a reserved parking space to the rear which is marked 'Moonfleet reserved parking' and access to the rear garden - please park within the white line leaving a space at either side of your vehicle to facilitate neighbours access through the rear alley way.  

For guests added service there is a new electrical vehicle (ev) charge point which is a single phase untethered AC Electric vehicle charger with a type 2 socket.  Guests will need their own charging tether and are responsible to pay the costs of charging based on consumption.  Contact us for more information: info@cottagesinwinterton.co.uk.
