A large, well‑equipped kitchen with everything you need for group meals including tow ovens, spacious refrigeration, dishwasher and induction hob. The dining area seats eight in a purpose build and designed banquet style seating plus, a high chair and is perfect for long, sociable dinners or a game of after dinner cards.  Off the kitchen there is a W.C./Utility Room with W.C., washing machine, tumble dryer, wine fridge, ice maker, freezer, ironing board, and iron.

• Bedroom 1: King bed (ground floor) with desk, smart TV and seating
• Bedroom 2: King bed en-suite with smart TV and ample storage.
• Bedroom 3: King bed en-suite with smart TV and ample storage.
• Bedroom 4: Twin room with smart TV plus storage, located next to the family walk in shower room.

Fresh, hotel‑quality linen and soft furnishings create a calm, restful atmosphere. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 can accommodate a travel cot, there are 2 available on-site.

Two beautiful en-suite bathrooms, each with a roll‑top bath — perfect for a long soak after a coastal walk with all towels provided. Separate large walk-in double shower bathroom upstairs.
